Sacred Valley Tour
The Sacred Valley of the Incas is one of the most iconic areas in the Cusco region. It consists of a series of villages, archaeological sites, and stunning natural landscapes. This valley was considered sacred by the Incas due to its agricultural and religious significance. Throughout the tour, travelers will have the chance to explore ancient temples, fortresses, and agricultural terraces while enjoying panoramic views of mountains, rivers, and cultivated fields.

Itinerary
Tour Itinerary (Full Day):
7:30 am – Departure from Cusco:
The tour begins in the morning with pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. Travelers will board a comfortable transport vehicle to head north to the first destination. The drive to Pisac takes about 1.5 hours, passing through stunning landscapes and small rural towns.
9:00 am – Visit to Pisac:
The first stop is Pisac, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley. Here, travelers will explore Incan agricultural terraces, temples, and the water channel system. They will also enjoy panoramic views of the valley and the Urubamba River. After visiting the archaeological site, there will be time to explore the Pisac market, famous for its artisanal products and textiles.
11:30 am – Departure to Ollantaytambo:
After Pisac, the tour continues to Ollantaytambo, a town located on the banks of the Urubamba River, known for its impressive Incan ruins. The drive takes approximately 1.5 hours.
1:00 pm – Visit to Ollantaytambo:
In Ollantaytambo, travelers will explore the famous fortress, which includes massive terraces and temples built on a hill. This site was an important military and religious base during the Inca Empire. Travelers will also be able to explore the picturesque town of Ollantaytambo, which still retains its original Inca street plan.
2:30 pm – Lunch in Urubamba:
The tour will take a break for a traditional lunch at a local restaurant in Urubamba, where travelers can enjoy regional dishes such as roasted guinea pig or chicken served with corn and potatoes.
3:30 pm – Visit to Chinchero:
After lunch, the tour continues to Chinchero, known for its colonial church and ancient agricultural terraces. Chinchero is also famous for its weaving community, where travelers can learn about traditional alpaca wool weaving techniques and purchase high-quality handmade textiles.
5:00 pm – Return to Cusco:
After visiting Chinchero, the return journey to Cusco begins, with an estimated arrival time around 6:00 pm. During the drive, travelers can enjoy beautiful views of the Sacred Valley on the way back.
